Last night, during the MTV Movie Awards, Josh Hutcherson talked to MTV’s Josh Horowitz about Catching Fire. Discussing the potential locations, Josh confirmed there have been talks about moving production to Atlanta and mentioned that the production team is looking for locations in Hawaii for the arena scenes.

Regarding Francis Lawrence, Josh admitted he had lunch with him a few days ago. He described him as fantastic and smart. Josh looked really excited about the new director, who said to him he’s committed to turn the book into the best movie possible.
