Second wave of Teen Choice Awards nominations revealed: The Hunger Games gets 5 more nods!

Fox has revealed the second wave of nominations for this year’s Teen Choice Awards! On May 18, the first wave hit the internet and detailed five categories in which The Hunger Games was nominated. This time, other 5 categories have been added to the list of nods for The Hunger Games and its cast. Here are the details:
