President Obama references The Hunger Games in his White House Correspondent’s Dinner speech

During his speech at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner (where Josh Hutcherson and Elizabeth Banks were in attendance), President Obama referenced The Hunger Games. Watch the video above (the Hunger Games joke at the 9:15 mark). Here’s the quote:

Still, I guess Governor Romney’s feeling pretty good about things because he took a few hours off the other day to see ‘The Hunger Games’. Some of you have seen it? It’s a movie about people who court wealthy sponsors and then brutally savage each other until only one contestant is left standing. I’m sure this was a really great change of pace for him.

I have not seen The Hunger Games; not enough class warfare for me.
