Liam Hemsworth was born January 13, 1990 in Melbourne, Australia to Leonie and Craig Hemsworth. We could say he comes from a family of actores: his elder brothers, Chris Hemsworth (most known for his role as Marvel Studios’ Thor) and Luke Hemsworth, are actors too. His first two performances for the TV where roles from shows his elder brothers had appeared on before: Home and Away (where he landed just a guest role) and Neighbours (he was a recurring character from 2007-08), both Australian TV shows.
Later on, Liam was selected to appear in Stallone’s 2010 film The Expendables, but his character was cut out of the script late on preproduction; he’s set to appear in the sequel, though, The Expendables 2. One of his most famous works is his role on the adaptation of Nicholas Sparks’ novel, The Last Song, in which he played the love interest of Miley Cyrus (his now real-life girlfriend) in 2010.
